Purpose
Our mission
Make Côte d'Ivoire's microdata accessible to everyone in a secure environment. The Computing Centre improves ANStat's dissemination policy and gives researchers, students and decision-makers the data, software and services required for evidence-based decisions.
Context and rationale
From paper requests to worldwide access
The Computing Centre addresses the limitations of the former microdata request process through a continuously available digital platform.
Initial challenges
- Paper and email requests requiring several weeks to process
- No remote access for researchers and students
- No structured traceability of access and data use
- Limited technical assistance for statistical analysis
